I'm so excited to share this week's local business of the week: Sea Bar! Located in Great Neck's picturesque downtown, this brand new restaurant is already making waves.
Most of you know by now, I'm a vegetarian, but I also eat fish. Sea Bar had the PERFECT selection for me.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and generally excited.
I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with a side of fingerling potatoes. The sea bass was grilled to perfection, tender, and practically melted in my mouth. The steamed fingerlings were in an olive oil dressing, not completely drenched but enough for delicious flavor. I squeezed a little fresh lemon. This easily became one of the best fish dishes I've ever had!!!
