Thank you for your interest in learning more about me and our Real Estate Services.
I became a full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in pursuit of a lifelong goal to help people achieve the American dream of homeownership. I leverage my previous experience in education, technology, sales & management roles to best serve the real estate needs of my current and future clients.
My customers and clients genuinely enjoy working with me because I cultivate long-lasting relationships, have an excellent reputation as a knowledgeable professional, and am passionate about exceeding expectations.
The best praise I've ever received from a client was: “Rachel really made the experience worthwhile and was such a lovely person to have come alongside us on this journey. I would recommend her to anyone looking to find them forever homes.” Helping people reach their real estate goals like that makes me so proud and drives everything I do!
In my spare time, I love being outdoors exploring with my kiddos, actively volunteering in my school district & community, and continuously seek opportunities to learn.
I'm a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors [LIBOR], the New York State Association of Realtors [NYSAR], and the National Association of Realtors [NAR]. Originally from Chicago with family roots in Brooklyn, I've lived in New York for more than 20 years.
I earned a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Iowa and began my professional career as a Kindergarten & Special Education teacher. I also completed graduate coursework in Instructional Design & Technology.

When it comes to Real Estate sales, there are many factors involved. Doing them properly ensures a real estate sale quickly and correctly.
There are three main factors needed to sell a property in a reasonable amount of time, no matter if it is a buyer's or seller‘s market:
Pricing the house correctly will bring in more qualified buyers than if a house is overpriced.
Location is important for many buyers for many different reasons
Most buyers prefer remodeled homes with upgrades so they don't need to invest more unless the property is priced right with renovation costs factored in. Rarely, one will find a buyer who wants a location due to its proximity to family and will pay more than the house's value.
