Historically, June & July are when we see more homes it the market & pending sales start to decline. We are still experiencing an inventory shortage. Will the market start to trend toward a more balanced market to help more buyers out this year?
In Nassau County, for the month of May:
• New Listings decreased 40% to 1076
• Pending Sales increased 2% to 1341
• Inventory decreased 15% to 914
