I'm excited to share this week's local business of the week. Cipollini, located on Northern Boulevard in the famed Americana Manhasset center, never disappoints.
I wanted to take a dear friend out to celebrate a well-earned career achievement. We decided dining al fresco was a perfect choice at Cipollini.
While contemplating our options, we began our lunch with celebratory bellinis. I chose the homemade butternut squash ravioli in a brown butter sage sauce. I was instantly reminded of the last time I was here, as the ravioli tasted like heaven. My friend thoroughly enjoyed the special of the day as well.
As if that wasn't enough, I highly encouraged us to order dessert. She ordered a slice of cheesecake. And, because you know me by now, I had to order the Torta di Cioccolata.
Little did we know the Torta di Cioccolata was accompanied by pistachio ice cream + an enormous dollop of freshly whipped cream. The chocolate, pistachio, + whip cream was the perfect combination of flavors.
As always, the staff was super friendly & attentive.
