Home sellers are certainly benefiting from the sharp price increases, but buyers are facing challenges.
In Nassau County, for the week ending May 15th:
• New Listings increased 32.1% to 428
• Pending Sales increased 6.3% to 353
• Inventory decreased 4.3% to 202
